​    Ken Elliott is a professional photographer, located in Ormond Beach, Florida, specializing in fine art, commercial and event photography. Born and raised in Louisiana, Ken began taking photos at the age of 8. His father, who had administered the photo lab at a United States Air Force base, gave Ken a Leica IIIc 35mm film camera and taught him how to develop and print his images. This started a life-long love of photography. Ken’s photos filled his high school yearbook and prompted the school to build a dark room and offer a photography course which was taught by a teacher Ken had trained.

    Ken started his first business as a commercial product photographer but his passion for photography became a hobby when he joined the family manufacturing business. Eventually, Ken started an enterprise creating 3D computer models, outputting to video tape and using large format printers. It was then that he began using Photoshop and digital editing tools. As digital cameras became common, Ken found his two worlds merging. His experience in teaching AutoCAD, 3D Modeling and Photoshop led to his teaching digital photography to other photographers in the area.
